Chequo

About

One operating system for the whole restaurant.

Most restaurants run on four or five disconnected products: a till, a booking system, a scheduling tool, a stock sheet, a website. Every one is another login, another bill, and another thing that does not talk to the rest. Chequo is built to replace that stack with a single system, where the floor, the kitchen, the back office, reservations, staff and stock all share the same data.

Principle 1

Calm beats clever.

Software for the floor should feel like a clean kitchen pass: everything in its place, nothing extra. Our job is to remove cognitive load from people who are already doing emotional work.

Principle 2

Europe first.

Chequo is built for European restaurants from day one: fiscal rules country by country, menus in your guests’ languages, and SEPA. They are core, not bolt-ons.

Principle 3

Cheap hardware, expensive design.

An ordinary Android phone should run service as smoothly as the most expensive tablet. We build for the hardware operators actually buy.

Principle 4

Your data, always safe in the cloud.

Every sale, table, and reservation is backed up the instant it happens and syncs live to every device. Check your numbers from home, run the back office from any browser, and never lose a check to a dead tablet.

Principle 5

Chequo does the busywork.

Photograph your menu and Chequo builds it for you, item by item. Photograph a delivery note and your stock and food costs update themselves. Your menu translates into more than 30 languages, and you run the back office by asking for what you want in plain language. Less admin, more time with your guests.
